I looked up this question earlier today, actually. I am having a similar thing; fatigue, o-pains, acne, +opk's, temp low, and I mean what my temp is usually w/o the clomid and progesterone. What I found out was that you can have +opk's and still not ovulate. I continue to have positive opk for 1 or 2 days after the peak one but i know LH is coming down at that point. My bbt dropped this morning and Iv had ovulation pains all day, so that would predict that Iv ovulated today- as long as I have a temp rise tomorrow which I’m expecting going by last months chart. It is possible to get a +OPK and not ovulate, which is why OPKs are not always accurate. So it's possible that while you're getting a positive OPK, you may not actually be ovulating when you think you are. If you do eventually get a BBT increase, it could mean that your body is trying again and successfully ovulating the 2nd time.
